Angie is the Human Resources Manager at Zenni Optical based in Novato, CA and has been with the eCommerce eyewear retailer since 2016. Courtney Prescott is the Executive Director of Human Resources for Wynn Las Vegas | Encore. She’s embraced expanded levels of responsibility within HR over her 17 years with Wynn, taking on leadership roles in both employment and employee relations. Courtney most recently served as Director of Employee Relations, during which time she forged strong relationships with our union leaders and worked with the company’s management team to foster a great employee relations culture with our non-represented employees. This past year, she helmed the HR team as they entered the unforged territory posed by the pandemic. This included facilitating a robust COVID-19 reporting, testing, and contact tracing program, which has served as a benchmark for other companies within the industry.
